Meet the runner-up of MasterChef Australia series two, Callum Hann.
Motivated by the poor diets and cooking habits of his friends, Callum decided to develop a collection of recipes that cater for students and beginner chefs.
Callum will prepare some of his favourite dishes and discuss his new book The Starter Kitchen, which presents an easy and uncluttered approach to understanding the basics of setting up a kitchen and developing key cooking skills.
